WAGO DALI-multimaster Lysegrå

The DALI multimaster (753-647) is certified according to the IEC 62386 DALI 2 standard. This manufacturer-independent protocol ensures mutual compatibility for DALI devices in lighting applications.
The only 12 mm wide module is used as a DALI interface together with WAGO controllers and modules in the 750 series (e.g. BACnet, KNX, EnOcean, LON®, Modbus®).

Each DALI multimaster module supports 64 addresses for electronic ballast modules (ECGs) and 64 addresses for control units (DALI multisensors: connection of max. 16 sensors is recommended due to the characteristics of the cyclic transmission). Each DALI electronic ballast module can be assigned to 16 groups and 16 scenarios. The DALI multimaster also has 16 additional virtual groups on the DALI bus. By using the WAGO I/O system 750, DALI controllers can be seamlessly integrated into other building systems. Several DALI masters can be connected to a single fieldbus node. The maximum number of modules that can be connected to a controller depends on the memory required by the application. 

WAGO-I/O-PRO (CODESYS V2.3) or e! COCKPIT(based on CODESYS V3) programming software is used as programming software for the fieldbus nodes. WAGO offers a comprehensive IEC-61131-3 library of function blocks that simplify the creation of complex lighting applications.
Alternatively, “Easy Mode” allows easy control of lighting functions without complicated PLC programming. The comprehensive and easy-to-use WAGO DALI configurator can be used for commissioning and maintenance – it can be run either as a stand-alone application or retrieved from WAGO-I/O-CHECK (CODESYS V2.3) or e ! The COCKPIT software (based on CODESYS V3).

There are two options for powering the DALI multimaster:
1. Via the 753-620 DALI multimaster DC/DC converter for single module power supply.
2. Via power supply 787-1007 for several DALI multimaster modules 753-647.
